New look to the website

As you will be aware, there are two views of the website: the one accessible to anyone, and the one we members can see when we log in. Previously it was not as obvious as it might have been as to how to switch between views. Thus, for instance, once logged in it was hard to find the Working Groups pages.

This has now been fixed. When you are logged in there is a button Public site, which will take you to the public view, but then if you want to go back to doing member-type things, you can select Members area from the Members menu to go back - without having to log in again.
